Processing Time
Preparation for an order can vary. If it is an order that is already in stock the preparation time will be quicker, however, if there is a custom item that is being requested due to an item being out of stock or a special request, process time will require more time.

Wear & Tear Policy
It is not recommended to wear any hand made jewelry in water. I do like to make sure that your product lasts and continues to be a special part of your personal collection. Should any necklace tarnish or any crystal come out of the wrap. You can send back your product to receive a new chain or send back your necklace and crystal to have the product re-wrapped. Please note that the re-wrapping of the necklace will not be the exact same as the original, that's the beauty of hand made jewelry, it's one of a kind. I can either get it as close as I can to the original or give your crystal a fresh wrap!
